Processing Time
Every cap is made to order. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT begin production the same day; otherwise production starts the next business day. Standard production takes 1–3 business days before your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes
- United States: 2–5 business days after production
- Canada: 4–8 business days after production
- International: 7–14 business days after production
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $8 rate within the US. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customs & International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Order Tracking
You'll get an order confirmation email at checkout, and a tracking link by email as soon as your cap ships.
